How to Buy

1. Browse Home, Explore, or Listings. Use search and filters to narrow results—see Search for Items.
2. Open a listing. Review photos, price, description, and city or area.
3. Sign in if prompted, then tap Message / Contact on the listing to start a thread.
4. Continue the conversation in Inbox. Confirm availability, price, and where you will meet.
5. Complete payment and handover as you both agree. Typical local sales are arranged between you and the seller—abuzzlist keeps the chat in one place; it is not a checkout cart for every listing.

Listings can be items, services, events, jobs, or housing. Each type may show extra fields (for example event dates or a service area). Always confirm details in chat before you commit time or money.

• Prefer public, well-lit meetup spots for in-person exchange.
• Keep the conversation in abuzzlist when you can, and be cautious of pressure to pay in unusual ways.
• Never share one-time codes from email or SMS with anyone claiming to “verify” your account.
• If something feels wrong, walk away. Report listings that break the rules.
